Terms and Conditions
- Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.
- Check in Time of the hotel is 12:00 PM & Check Out Time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and incur additional cost.
- Early check in before 6:00 AM will charge 100% & after 6:00 AM will charge 50% of tariff
- Late checkout will charge 50% till 5:00 PM and after 5:00 PM will charge 100% of tariff
- Visitor: Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms. Extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID.
- Breakfast will be changeable if you selected meal plan EP / Room only.
- Pet(s) is not allowed in guest rooms and public areas.
- To book our car with chauffeur service, please note that:
- A prior notice of 24 hours is required.
- The service will be provided on a chargeable basis.
- At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying at ‘Anant Palace’ is required to present a valid government identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required.
- ‘Anant Palace’ shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
- In case any property damage is done to the property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and ‘Anant Palace’ will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
- ‘Anant Palace’ shall not be responsible for any injury caused by any Insect / Animal / Plants / Rash / Natural Calamity or by not following the general safety protocols.
- Children should not be left unattended in the property by the guests.
- Outside Food is strictly not allowed in the hotel premises.
- Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
- All payments and bookings should be made exclusively through our official website. Anant Palace is not responsible for any transactions made on external websites or platforms.
- Cancellation & Modification Policy:
- For Non-event Room Bookings (Less than 3 rooms Booking)
- If informed via email within 15 days of arrival date – Full charges on the total tariff. No Refund. No Cancellation. No Modification
- If informed via email withing 20 days of arrival date – 50% cancellation charges on the total tariff.
- If informed via email within 30 days of arrival date – 30% cancellation charges on the total tariff.
- If informed via email within 31 days of arrival date – 0% cancellation charges on the total tariff.
- For Weddings, Events, Group Bookings / Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & weekends) :
- No Refund. No Cancellation. No Modification
- Bookings made for December 24th, 25th, 30th, and 31st, as well as weekends, are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-modifiable of Weddings, Events & Group Booking
